  • All your meals: Indulge in three daily vegetarian Thai meals so you can really focus on the acro. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included for the duration of the training.

  • Daily Acrobatics Training: Hone your skills with a full day schedule of L-basing, Icarian, and advanced standing acrobatics with a longe (spotting belt) so you can safely learn and throw new tricks.
  • 24 Hour Pool Access: After a day of training, unwind by the pool. Soak up the sun, cool off with a refreshing swim, drink a coconut, and let the tranquil surroundings recharge your body and mind.
  • Thai Massage Classes: Learn techniques to relax muscles, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being with bi-weekly classes.
  • Morning Yoga sessions: We will start the days with a grounding and centering practice can be a good compliment to the dynamic energy of acrobatic training.

Investment (per person in USD):

Your investment includes shared double accommodations, three vegetarian meals per day, two weeks of training, swimming pool access, and Yoga and Thai massage classes.   Please plan to arrive on January 22nd after 2PM and depart on either January 29th or February 4th by 11AM.

Niko Douwes @douwes99

Niko began practicing acrobatics in 1991 and for 33 years it’s been his passion.   He’s studied, taught and inspired people across this planet in more than 30 countries and cities that include New York, Melbourne, Münich, Dubai, Bangkok, Cape Town, Prague and San Francisco.

Niko began his acrobatic journey with Fons Bennik in Nijmegen, Netherlands.  He also pursued performing partner acrobatics for many years with companies like Lola and Louis, the Kalasnikof Brothers, Los Gardineiros, de Verschrikkelijke Mendozies and many more.

In the last decade Niko has collaborated intensly with multiple acrobatic training programs such as Pitch Catch Circus school in the USA, LEAP in the Czech Republic and Espace Catastrophe in Brussels.  For more information email Niko anytime.

Asha Jimenez @acro.asha

Asha is an acroyoga and partner acrobatics teacher with two decades of experience spanning competitive gymnastics, cheerleader stunting, and acrobatic street performance. She was on the winning team of the Canadian Cheer National Championships three years in a row from 2009 through 2011. Asha cultivates a multidisciplinary movement practice that includes Lyra hoop, outdoor rock climbing, Latin dance, handstands, dynamic standing, and Icarian partner acrobatics.

She has taught workshops from San Francisco to Sri Lanka, Toronto to Hawaii, and most recently performed in a trio of street performers in Barcelona. Asha is excited to teach technical skills, dynamic sequences, and trio acrobatics. She focuses on alignment and technique while keeping sight of what brings her practice alive: exploration and play.

Nick LaFleur @builder_nick1

Nick is a partner acrobatics enthusiast. He has traveled the world practicing with communities on many continents and particularly enjoys group acro and solving puzzles of movement. Nick regularly practice Standing Acrobatics, Dance lifts, Trio Skills, and L-Basing.
